Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy, creating engaging content, and analyzing performance metrics to ensure we connect effectively with our audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company’s vision and goals.
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, videos, written content) across various social platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
- Engage with our audience through comments, messages, and other interactions, fostering a sense of community and improving customer relations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies, ensuring the company remains a leader in our industry.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, PR, and other teams to ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
- Conduct research to identify target audiences and competitors, using insights to enhance our social media strategy.
- Assist in the development and execution of social media advertising campaigns to drive reach and engagement.
- Prepare and present reports on social media performance to stakeholders, providing actionable insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Proven track record of designing successful social media strategies and campaigns.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their respective audiences, and how to engage users effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
